Tell us about yourself.

I am a GP and Clinical Director for Transformation within Northumbria Primary care.

What’s your role for the PCC?

I am a Clinical Co-Chair for the PCC.

Why did you want to get involved? 

I wanted to be a founder member of the PCC to ensure a strong voice for primary care including general practice, pharmacy, optometry and dentistry in the integrated care system.

What are your hopes for what the PCC might achieve?

I hope to ensure a strong, well-funded and sustainable primary care offer in the system working collaboratively with the ICB as well as secondary, local authority, and voluntary sector partners with patients and clinical pathways at the heart of everything we do.
